walk around the block, at Walmart or Mall, in the parks, bought a gazelle glider for inclement weather 1/2 hr while listening to bible online. works when consistent not as well when lazy

Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked

study recipes, vegetables, raw food, less salt, less red meat, less white flour, less dairy, fruits, we like Hallelujah diet, 85% raw, 15% cooked. works when we apply discipline, doesn't work as well when we slack off
