I read my homework and worked on how I would present my hypnosis and then I didn't go to school. I am on the board at church so I went to that meeting instead. However Marilyn who goes with me to class said it was a boring class and all they did was watch a movie. So I didn't miss musch. Patricia and Janet said I can practice on them so I plan on doing that this week sometime. There are only a few more classses so I need to get busy. Somehow I am losing confidence in this a little. OOPs I am positive I can do this. IF I put my mind to it I can do it.
But first thing today I have to write a short story so better get busy. Have a great day God sent you a memo to leave your worries to him. He'll take care of them for you. Sass.

It's a beautiful day in Southern Illinois. I hear boats roaring accross the lake and laughter as they fly by. Our windows are open to let in the laughter. Almost time to get ready for church. Today I go chic to let everyone know I am all right. if I went casual they would know I am not up to par. SO I am puttin on the Ritz. Remember that song. Probably not you are all too young. It's going to be difficult but I am thinking positive and I have my rock for stress. Maybe I can take 5 minutes and hypnotize myself into walking good. I'll give it a try. On a brighter spot our son called three times yesterday and sounded happy each time. It has been so long since I have heard happiness in his voice. He still has mountains to climb before he is out of the mess he has, but he sounds so much better. Of course most of it has to do with a woman and that is ok as long as she doesn't smash him down like his soon to be exwife has been and continues to try doing. The woman who is taking first place now is a 5 year old llittle girl. He has gotten in contact with an old girlfiend and her little girl is his goddaughter. they had lost touch and now they are talking as friends. Thank goodness that;s all he certainly doesn't need more woman trouble. He also is back to talking to his brother again. That had stopped because brother kept telling him his wife was a witch or something to that affect and he didn't need to live that way. SO things are looking up hopefuly. Oh yeah I am thinking positive things are definitely looking up. Have a great day open your windows and let the laughter in it's a wonderful sound. I am going to the capital of Illinois today. I am ashamed to say I have never been there , and so this is a special day for me in many ways. You know Obama is our Senator, but no I am not meeting with him or even about him. So 3 hours there and 3 back a long long ride. Hope I can keep up. Have some laughs today God will take care of troubles. Sass.
