Thanks for the hug!!!! I am doing well....had some stressful stuff go on with my family, but we all seem to be moving forward. Finally I have been theraputic the last few months, I've gotten to go out a month out at a time now, which is AWESOME. Trying not to focus on my health as much, let's just say I put my hope my health instead of my God, so I kind of restructed my thinking and quit talking about all the crappy things or how I felt and you know what it's been wonderful. How is your mom and dad and how are you doing these days? I need to read and catch up...thinking of you. Renee

did you send it to my Email address or write it on here? I'm so sorry! I thought I had replied to all your notes! I feel terrible!! I'll go back and look for it and reply it properly; if I can't find it, I'll just sit down and write you a long note. :)

Yes, I'm back now. My trip was great! New York was fast and fun, and Kampala was beautiful. This weekend I'm off to Nimes, France to see a Radiohead concert. They're playing in an ancient Roman amphitheatre.

Hi shyla 3 months to the day today! Although as looking back my warfarin wasnt "therapeutic" until the beginning of may the respiratory people suggested that I take that as a start day so will probably been on warfarin for nearer 9 months. Know what you mean. People were good at first but soon get fed up with the "sick" you. I find I can mostly tell who genuinely want to know how you are by the way they ask the question. Great news that you got the all clear. It is good for those behind you to see we will get there. Kate x

Hi Shyla - I'm so glad you got good news today! That's great. To celebrate, I hope you have nice glasses of wine and a big spinach salad and then go play rugby or something nice and rough without worrying about bruises! Thank you for your great advice and your sympathy. I really appreciated all your postings. Enjoy!

Thank you. I am in Kent. So glad I found this site. Someone that truley understands for a change. Have been feeling really unwell the last couple of weeks and at my insistance saw a chest specialist today. Seems that 2-3 for the INR was too low for the severity of my PEs. Should have been aiming for 3-3.5 so it appears I may have had a few more clots. When did you have yours? Are you still in treatment? Were you treated as stressed/anxious all the time too. The main thing that stresses me out are DOCTORS! Thanks again for hug and message Kate
