About Me
I am 35 years old.. married with two wonderful boys. I came on here to find peace.. and solace. To fix the things I could not on my own. I have DDD, been through all sorts of abuse, and have an addict for a sister. I am here to find courage and strength to fight my old demons, to lose the weight that has dogged me for years, and to find new friendships.
Interests
I am a beach girl at heart. You will usually find me at the beach, camera in hand, searching for that perfect photo. I love a great cup of coffee with good friends. I love football and am getting back into baseball again. I read when I find the time.

I saw that!!! Was super excited for you! Sorry I havent called. We have been SUPER busy with the inspection. Well, getting ready for it. Now its over so I will have WAY more time on my hands.. I had to update a years worth of paperwork before the State worker got here.. My own fault for getting so far behind.. Ok, will talk son. Hope all is well. I have been heavy all my life.. except while being on Active duty.. time to start acting like that person again......
Treatments
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Just need to get back on the horse full time. Back injury is keeping from the routine I once I set.
Open Back Pain
I was diagnosed with degenerative back disease in March. Since then, have undergone 4 months of physical therapy, drug therapy, and three rounds of facet joint injections and one round of ESI.
Treatments
- Cortisone (Injection) Working / Worked
- Second round took better.. so far this round has lasted since June.
- Epidural Injection Somewhat Helpful
- It took the numbness out of my legs.
- Flexeril Not Working
- Gave me nightmares. Didnt do me any good.
- Heat Working / Worked
- A great thing when you cant sleep!!
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- Take instead of my Naproxen on easy days.
- Naproxen Working / Worked
- Take a 550mg dose as needed twice a day.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Take as needed..for the pain.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Loved it. Best 4 months of learning about my body.
- Stretching Working / Worked

Was diagnosed this last year....been trying to sort through it all.. and the pain!!

- Trazodone Working / Worked
- I use this for REM sleep. It does get me to sleep and keeps me there for a while.
