When she looks in the mirror, she sees more than a reflection

She sees her past

She sees the day she wished he stayed

The days were so cold without him

What would have happened if he stayed?

Would she feel this pain so deep inside?

Sometimes she just sits and cries

She cries about what she can't remember and out of anger what she can

She puts on a happy face to fool everyone to think she's okay

But deep down the pain's still there

Questions unanswered, stories untold, and people undeared

Her life is what it is and that she cannot change

She can only try to make her future better

She tries her best
