I seemed to have done something that has my leftside and my back in really lousy pain today. There's not much that can be done but hope the pain eases up.

well....
surgery has past, I'm out of the braces and my head fels heavier than ever. Still healing .... will be doing p/T in a month. Hope everyone is doing well or better.
Surgery has ben done my left arm has pain, but it should go away after my neck fully heal's, it wasn't a pleaseant time and the surgens choped me up good. on the 10th , I'll be able to take a shower .... as long as I can do it without getiing the surgery areas wet ! so I won't beable to shower for a few weeks. I had the surgen take a picture of my shoulder area and its not pretty. surgery was 12 & 1/2 hours. Enough of me, how's everyone felling ? hit meback , I home bound till next month !
