I went and got my injection on Friday and my blood work done. He wants me to see the neurologist next week. My neurosurgeon is no longer with the hospital. Haven't seen him in almost a year. Was disappointed with my new neurologist. Now just waiting for blood work to come back.

hope everything comes back better!! nothing like seeing the doctors you know. i dont mind change but i like to keep the same doctors. its a shame yours has changed. keep smiling :)

Well Thursday was my one year anniversary of my surgery. I got a phone call from the doctors office that my blo9od test did not come back right. My sugar is to high, my immune system is not working right and adrenal gland was not working right. So I have to go in and get some more test this week. See a nutricianist and dietistion.

Hey, on your adrenal gland, did they give you an injection and then at like 30mins rotations for about two hours take blood? I had a test like (the one I am describing) the pathologist that gave me the shot was a lady that used to get her teeth worked on at my office, so I kinda knew her alittle (sweet lady and very respected in the medical community here in town)she asked me why I was having the test and then told me she had a pituitary tumor in like '77 and that we(the patients now days) should be very thankful with all the develpments & research of medicine because the surgery and the treatments were very crude back then. It was really interesting talking with her, but the point of the whole story is I know that it is a daily struggle for you but there is help out there medically, as slow and trying as it is... and all your friends on DS are here for you emotionally.
