got up this morning and hip is out again must have slept stupid. So taking pain killers and will wait to see if it just goes away, good luck, but don't want to have to go to city again so soon.

Hey did I ever tell you guys about what a good weeder I am? Well can't keep up but have been weeding like a crazy person in flower beds, now I really don't know what is a weed or not so pull anything that I don't recognize as something that looks like a flower. We have these stupid weeds I never saw before and have pulled about 500 of them when bf tells me we have some poppies blooming in the one patch. He also tells me that those are the things I have been pulling like crazy! Damn so now am leaving them alone and though they are still small will have my own Flanders field here. Never saw poppies in real before so kind of neat. Bf said it was a good thing I have been picking them as they are going crazy out there. If we leave all of them and they continue to spread will have an entire yard of them. They are some of the things I thought were weeds in the pathway too and you can't pick the weeds in the red rock as you can't get low enough to pull anything out there.

The flowers are mostly done, but the lady planted stuff that blooms at different times so still have some flowers to look at,we have some peach colored day lilies blooming right now and yellow lilies too and the snap dragons have gone crazy growing really tall and spreading a bit. Our tomatoes are three feet tall and have loads of tomatoes on them, hope neighbors didn't plant lots as they will be recieving a gift of them.lol

Bf has asked some farmers we know to bring some farm Roundup to kill the weeds in parking spot and on path so sure hope they bring it soon, don't care what they charge for a litre of it as it will be worth it.

Well have a good day, I will try to lay on my back for awhile to see if that helps the hip so my day will be very quiet.

Sorry to hear the hip is bothering you...didn't you consider all that weeding would lead to a few aches & pains??? LOL Should be first consideration at our ages.

You are lucky that you seem not to have all the resident bugs there that eat you alive while you weed like we do here. If it isn't the ticks, it's the chiggers, spiders, no-see-ums, mosquitos plus the occasional large toad or snake that you encounter under the bigger leafed plants...enough to make you wear lots of bug repellant & DEPENDS. The first time you have one of the darn frogs hop on your leg when you're not expecting it, you definitely wet your pants as you are sure it is one of the snakes...lol.

Try a relaxing hot bath...I know it's hot & muggy but the heat will open your pores, soothe the hip & make you feel cooler once you get out. Water is the great healer.

Take care & rest on your laurels for a few & recoop for the next bout with the weeds...lol.

Stupid hip...why does it do that!??!?! Hope the pain meds are working hon. I am having big probs with my comp. so that's why not here. I have written you two emails so far and damn thing has signed me out both times!!!GRRR...SO don't if you got them or not.
Will be getting the comp. fixed tomorrow so will catch up with ya then

well u know if they are the right poppies u cold make a buck lol but u wholdn,t want to go there or watch out for hippys lol 'hope u hip feels good soon dodn,t mind me alittle funny tonight
