Have lived int Sask. all but three yrs of my life, now on the prairies it is usually dry heat and have learned to deal with it. WTF the last while it has been so incredibly muggy I can't stand it. Lord we live near no water so why is it so terribly muggy here. Can hardly breath and the air conditioner should help dry the air but that is not happening. Makes running the dishwasher or dryer a real pain as that just adds to the problem.
Cloudy and warm again today and it is supposed to rain today but as usual the weather people have their heads up their you knows and it hasn't rained as they said it would. Not that rain would help the situation as they are then calling for really hot so that would make it worse. Years ago with less tech they were much closer to reality with their forcasts wonder what is up with that?
Done whining about that for today.
Have once again got to drive to city for dr. appt. sure hope they are open this time as it really makes me cranky to drive the hr there then back for nothing. Need new rx or would just not go as she does nothing anyways.
Made spaghetti last nite and hadn't had it in awhile so really enjoyed it, had left overs so today is going to be baked spaghetti for supper. Yay no cooking today.
Sent in bowls yesterday to bro and wife that they had brought out and also a new Nora Roberts book as bro collects them....it was a hard cover one and sisinlaw told bf...he doesn't collect those only soft covered. Um can he not read it anyways???? Give the damned thing back if you don't want to keep it. Some people huh? Do a good deed and it isn't even appreciated.
Can you tell I'm tired and cranky due to lack of sleep and weather? lol Oh well I will survive to irritate again!

Don't blame the weather and being sleep deprived for your crankiness...that's just your natural state!!!LOL It rained and stormed over head for about 8 hrs here and yes it is incredibly muggy here too.

well I can rember living i winappeg hell it was hot ang muggy allot i hateded it Yes doding a good deed and people do not appreciate it makes me angry well hope u doc, goes good and that u have a change in the weather and there is nothing wrong with obout being cranky here lol

Well, the weather is perfect here and my kids are all behaving like charming angels. Now if only we could get me in a little better shape! I never even thought of baked spaghetti, we always nuke it leftover. I appreciate the fact that you share, and you cheer me up, because you even know how to complain with style. love,eros

Hot & muggy equals miserable me, so you are not alone. Washing machines, dish washers even the oven make the kitchen AC ice up...so then you have to let the hot muggy air thaw that out....it's a no win situation. So just enjoy bitching about it like the rest of us "normal" people & try not to kill the first thing you come in contact with...lol.
Must be spaghetti week, made a big pot (mainly because I have never learned how to reduce the recipe since all the kids left) & just finished the last of it yesterday for lunch. I really seemed to be craving it...uh-oh..nope too old to be pregnant so no worry there although Dan keeps asking because besides the spicy food, I have been eating a LOT of kosher garlic dill pickles too...lol.
Guess between you & me, the fact that we cannot control the weather makes us worse than normal...guess we just have to live with it. Oh, by the way, I am again threatening my annual rain dance on my birthday (Sunday) in my BIRTHDAY SUIT, so there may be a chance for rain then. I will direct my challenge your way too so, if it works like it has for the past 5 years, you will have rain on Sunday...seems even God isn't ready for me to be naked in the middle of the road...lol.
Take care & try a room fan with a bag of dry ice (gauze or porous material bag)...it's very effective & leaves no water residue.
