About Me
My husband and I have been TTC since we got married - 3.5 years now. So far our IF is unexplained which is v frustrating. We are about to start our first IUI cycle after trying Clomid, metformin and me having laparoscopy (no problems showed up). I had one short pregnancy a year ago - discovered at 8-week scan that I had miscarried. Now PG again after 2nd IUI!!!! Hurrah. Only 4.5 weeks in, time is dragging...

CONGRATS!MY HUSBAND AND I WANT TO TRY AGAIN,BUT IM TOO SCARED,IT HAS BEEN 4YRS SINCE OUR LOSS,WE HV BEEN TOGETHER11 YRS,WHAT IS IUI? WERE U HAVING FERTILITY PROBLEMS? WELL YOU ARE IN MY PRAYERS,EVERTHING WILL BE FINE YOU CAN DO IT STAY CALM.

I felt the exact same way with my first u/s at 8 weeks -- especially, because this is when I found out the first time that my first baby had died and stopped developing. Like you, I worried that I wasn't sick enough or had sore enough boobs to still be pregnant. I was terrified of the u/s and nearly threw up waiting for it. In the end, all was fine. There was a beautiful baby with a strong beating heart. I am now 18 weeks and all continues to go well. Hang in there. The fear doesn't go away, but you'll be fine.

Close Infertility
TTC for 3 years, 1 miscarriage. No problems evident apart from possible polycystic ovaries. Due to start IUI in Feb 2008.

I have been ttc for 3.5 years. Had one pg early 2007, m/c after 6-8 weeks. This time got pg with second IUI, only 4.5 weeks so far, am terrified that things will go wrong again...
