Close Alzheimer's Disease
Stage: AdvancedMy husband was diagnosed with Fronto temporal dementia, about 10 years ago. He can no longer speak,but moans & cries all the time. also in diapers
Treatments
- Aricept Working / Worked
- I guess it slowed it down some causes sweating
- Exelon Working / Worked
- He vomited when he took it we discontinued
- Fish Oil Working / Worked
- I give him 1 a day as a supplement
- Namenda Working / Worked
- takes it 2x day
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- the dosage was increased over a time I find it helped with agitation
- Ativan Somewhat Helpful
- when he is very agitated Igive him 1 and another in a 1/2 hr
