I have had many problems in the past and spent most of my past 20 years trying to get help for them. Chronic fatigue/pain, depression, IBS, Bad PMS, food sensitivities. In general I am just depressed with my life's outcome since I spent most of it being sick and not excelling in the things I would like to do in a career. Like walking, shopping; hate cooking but I have to do more and more of it. Love good movies. Love pets and children. I have 4 grandchildren I like spending much time with. Enjoy trying new wines and visiting vineyards. Taking photos. I'm a seamstress by trade but no great jobs in my area.

Just wanted to come by and see how your doing and wish you and hubby a happy 4th!!! were having a BBQ with our Neighbor I have been up sense 5am I'm soooooooo tired It started at 2 and I am ready for a nap LOL told my hubby I was going in for a few mins needed a break(guess you no he dontg need a nap) so I thought by and see how your doing well I guess I go back but I will need a nap real soon:) hugs.............

I suffered panic attacks at age 22 and was put on tofranil. After 2 years on it I was panic free. When I turned 28 I became very sick and the doctors didn't think it was depression. Years down the road I found what I was dealing with. candida overgrowth was, chronic fatigue, fibro, hormonal imbalance, food sensitiviy and IBS. During the process of trying to get well I got depressed. Actually I believe I suffered from depression all the time.
citrus. chemicals in soaps (SLS) and some foods. Soy products, corn products, preservatives in foods. Have to make my own stuff. WHEAT.
I have IBS with constipation. Biggest problem I have is with trapped gas not moving out. UGh!
Developed during and after pregnancy for many years. I developed too many inside and out. Started feeling afraid to eat because I would then have to poop.
My problem began when I went off the birth control pill. I only took it 6 months and stopped because it made me awful depressed. My period was messed up after that and I had bad PMS that nobody wanted to recognize.
Doctor found my cholesterol to be high. Put me on a diet, it worked. It has been some years I need another check.
I had a D&C which reqired me to use anesthesia to knock me out. I woke up and experienced throat pain something awful the next few days and onward. Went to a throat specialist and had a scope into my throat and found no problems. He told me that this throat pain is caused by acid reflux. I had a test that confimed a hernia at the top of my stomach that causes this problem. I don't feel heartburn.
I began having more anxiety than I could handle. One doctor put me on an antidepressant that didn't work. He wouldn't change it so I changed doctors. In the meantime I was eating chocolate all day long everyday and this relieved my anxiety. Thanks for prozac I am not in need of chocolate. However I gained 40 pounds!
I have to eat healthy to avoid foods that make me sick and to quiet IBS. It isn't easy to do. I had to eliminate foods with perservatives in it.
I experienced many kinds of fatigue over the years. One piling up on another. Each feeling was a different imbalance. Low minerals, low progesterone, low thyroid, yeast overgrowth, food sensitivity, chemical sensitivity, depression disorder needing 2 kinds of medication. Repair detox or sulfur pathway with sulfur amino acids and cofactors. Chelating with EDTA. Digestive enzymes.
My husband has high readings and I want to learn more.
Not menopausal yet! Need information though.
Suffered the effects of Fibro after having chronic fatigue for a very long time. Joined community to help keep me well.
