I haven't done much today. I woke early at 8am to take painkillers as jaw/head was aching badly (I have TMJ due to fibro plus I need my wisdom teeth taking out). I went back to bed and slept until 5pm. Since then I've just been watching telly and surfing the net.
I'm feeling quite drugged (taking Syndol for the pain) and a bit down and anxious (this is my normal state). I haven't managed to have a bath or take my dog out... 
That's all I can think of to say today.
