I am married with two children. Boy 22, girl 16. We have a dog, two cats and two birds. I just recently placed my Mom in an Assisted Living Facility. My caregiving duties have been lightened, but the emotions are still there.
Interests
Gardening, gardening, and more gardening. I used to design websites and hope to begin creating again.

I’m With You
If you need anyone to talk w/I'm available. I have early onset Alz. so I'm really good right now. It must be difficult for you to go thru this with your Mom. I live w/my youngest Daughter and she says it is hard for her.

Close Alzheimer's Disease
Stage: AdvancedMy Mother is 77 yrs old and diagnosed with AD. She is also diabetic and legally blind. I am no longer her primary caregiver. I am also dealing with a chronic illness myself which made it difficult for me to care for Mom anymore. She has FINALLY adjusted and has settled into her "new beginning." After a year of being primary caregiver I can start taking care of myself and try to rebuild my business.
