Wednesday, July 16, 2008 | A Rambling story

I'm feeling a little wired right now. My hubby is coming home for 4.5 days beginning tomorrow. YAY! He's and OTR trucker so I don't see him too often. He may be signing on with another company though, which will allow him to be home a day or two each week - Again, YAY!

 

On Sunday, we are going up to Minneapolis to pick up our kids and bring them home. They've been visiting Grandma and Grandpa since June 7th. I've been a little stir crazy with everybody gone. I can't wait for them to be home.

 

I also discovered that I can fit into my skinny clothes again! My muffin top (as my daughter calls them) has gone away ... unless I sit down. So, I guess now I have to work on toning it a little. Still won't look as good as I did at 18, but it feels much better than it has for the past year+. My legs look better, belly looks better ... These are the good things. There are, however, some drawbacks too ... I  think I lost most of the weight from my breasts and they have drooped considerably.

 

Has anybody else discovered that the older you get gravity seems to become more aggressive toward your breasts and your rear-end? It seems both are moving southerly at an alarming rate the closer I get to 40. Again ... time to work on some toning and possibly a little plastic surgery to lift the breasts. I guess I'm going to have to start doing Tae Bo again. I just have to make a little room in the house for all the kicking and punching.

    I'm glad your family will all be coming together again.

    As far as the breast and but going south, tones and tightening muscles will also make a big diference. Your pectoral muscles need ot be worked and that will give you the lift you need.

    I'm sure you know about working your but muscles, but if you go to a gym ask a trainer. If not grab a book from the library on good exercises.
