About Me
I am 46 yr old insurance agent who works full time for a very large insurance company. I had a complete hysterectomy 2 yrs ago and have been on the Estrogen patch since that time. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I am married with two grown children (27 & 22) and a 5 yr old son. My issues with panic and anxiety did not surface until after my hysterectomy. I am taking it one day at a time..

Close Anxiety
Since Menopause, I have been suffering with panic attacks and anxiety.
Treatments
- BuSpar Somewhat Helpful
- I dont take this often but when I feel a panic attack coming on or I am over anxious, I take a Buspar.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Instead of taking meds, I try thinking happy thoughts knowing a panic attack never killed anyone.
Open Hypothyroidism
2 yrs ago Drs found a node on my thyroid. Now, I am starting to get symptoms of maybe having an underactive thyroid.
