Haven't heard from you in a while! Seeing how you are doing, you've been on my mind!

Hey Mom Cop - You and I are in the same boat - I started NuvaRing in April/May as well and ended up in the hospital in Sept. with bilateral (10+) PE's in my lungs...pretty dangerous drug! Hope you are feeling better

Momcop, I was so scared and I still am at times, but everything you feel is normal! Well normal in a sense that I think we've all been there, I was so scared and anxious and it was in a week that I had 4 doctor appointments and my kids were sick, that I started to feel decent! Less anxious and that I knew my kids need me and I needed to get stronger, it was almost as if the anxiety melted away and I came out of the fog...however, I still get anxious at pains here and there, but I know everything happens for a reason and I am surrounded by such great people on this site and at home that it's hard to imagine what I felt like even just a few short weeks ago, I felt like a burden had been lifted off my shoulders and I view life much differently now!
I’m With You
How have you been feeling lately? Back to running again? Take care.

Close Pulmonary Embolism
In the end of august I reluctantly went to the dr. after feeling dizzy, feverish, shaky for about 2 weeks. I figured I probably had an inner ear infection. The dr. sent me to the emergency room in an ambulance where I was diagnosed with bilateral PE. I stayed in the hospital for 9 days. The dr.'s said that the PE's were probably due to the Nuva Ring which I started in April..

Treatments
- Synthroid Working / Worked
- I had a lobectomey and my treatment is to keep my TSH suppressed with Levothyroxine. I started with 125 mcg. I began to have horrible symptoms and eventually ended up pretty sick. My doc took me off for a few days and i began to feel better. Now Im on a lower dose and I have horrible musclejoint pain moodiness...I also have been waking up at night...
