RAIN RAIN AND MORE RAIN!!  We got a ton of rain overnight and it is supposed to rain all day today.  Pretty good chance of rain for the rest of the week too.  We were going to have a fall party for the kids and their friends on Friday night.  We have had some really fun fall parties the last couple of years.  Last year we did a scavenger hunt around the local towns.  A couple of dad's drove the kids and stuff.  They had to do things like go into KFC with a rubber glove on their head like a rooster and do the chicken dance to the boom box they took with them. They had to go to our local Mayors house and get his autograph.  They had to go to a discount store and buy the biggest pair of underwear they could find. That kind of stuff!!  It was hysterical!!  We videotaped the whole thing and then I put it all together on DVD's for each kid to take home. I know at least 36 kids were planning on coming this year (word got around that we are fun people) but there is no way I can fit all of them in my house!!    This year, we were planning a trip to a haunted house on an old school bus that some family and friends fixed up in scarlet and gray to take to OSU tailgate parties. Then back to our place for a hayride and hotdog roast. Looks like we will have to change the party to next weekend.  We just won't be able to do the haunted house part - they will be all be done by then.  Bummer!!

Boy things are hot on this board this morning!  Ouch!!  Lots of bickering on the discussion board.  That's too bad really.
