Awake at five Mood

Little man is gorgeous. In he trots at five am climbs into bed with Mum. Strokes my hair and kisses my hands. Cuddle he says... He is the sweetest. Then proceeds to wrestle around up and down the bed.. haha. He is so sweet. Says love you now without it being said to him, just makes you want to cry tears of joy and pride.

Well I did a dumb thing forgot meds last night at least I think i did. Dont know how that happened. I am like clockwork same time each day and night. Had them now. Hoping I will feel tired soon and go back to bed. Lachie is back in his now. Couldnt cope with the wiggle bottom so picked him up tickled him and carried him to his. Where he promply asked for storeytime. Then up in five mins to play puter. I said no at least one hour. He replies back in broken speech 1 hour 1 hour. He is the cutest. How did I get so lucky.

Being a mother is the best. Especially to such a special loving little boy. If only the world was filled with such love and joy. Call me a dreamer but man it would be better. Bleak moment, sad news and nothing but sad news the last few days of people behaving badly and without compassion. Glad I live in my own little world sometimes with sunny Lachlan.

Special needs children although needing lots are truly special.

But then arent we all?

It's these times I love being a mum to. When Brad's away Matti and Sara just seem to know how to make me smile and warm my heart. It's great being a mum. I think I would've given up long ago if it hadn't been for my two little angels. xxxxx Narelle
