Now:Total & Premanent disabled 2002 by Mack Truck, inactive, 3 surgeries, fusion entire low lumbar, loving & still blessed.I have settled my case, per lawyer, post repaying medicare, 1/2 my case net- go to medicare set-aside future medical.So, finally its certain, my family can't live off settlement wife working FT rest of life. Summary;Medicare 1/2 settlement & imposes $17K/yr deductible.
Interests
Whole Life, Pain Free (Make that controlable pain) Playing bass guitar and pleasing an audience. Football, Love, Pray to be as close to a whole person to live a better quality of life.

thanks steve for your friendship and for the flowers! i will email you just as soon as i can. trying to get ready to go out of town for a few days, which is hard enough, but even harder when it hurts every time you move. my back is always hurting, there is nothing they can do for it. i will keep in touch, i promise :) take care and *hugs*

I have'nt settled my case.Just in from my lawyer:after repaying medicare for past payments,1/2 my net goes to medicare set-aside for future medical. So,finally its certain,my family can't live off settlement,even with wife working FT rest of life.(And I still need someone to care for me,while she works) Summary;Medicare takes 1/2 of net settlement & imposes $17,000/yr deductible,which I hope I will never reach. Apparently,Medicare is off hook to ever have to pay anything.May God Bless Those..
