Dear Blessed, I like you worried about this very thing! Because the clips are made of titanium we can go anywhere and do anything that the "normals" can do. Titanium is not magnetic therefore its undetectable to those pesky scanners. Wouldn't it be nice if they had a booklet on what we can and cannot do, at least some warning. I have flown several times, the info I gave is true becuase I tested it! lol Best of luck, let me know if you have any questions no matter how silly you may think them to be. The only question that I will not attempt to answer is the question left unasked! Yours, Eric

Hi Blessed the first time i went on a plane trip after i had my aneurysm i was terrified. as it turned out all was well you need to talk to your doctor and get the all clear first , it was a year after my surgery and i went to new zealand. only 3 mths ago i went to europe to visit my eldest son alls fine. and yes stay off roller coasters for sure. all the very best to you chris

I really inderstand what you are going through. I have had 3. Your living spaces and flying is not a problem. The only thing my doc ever told me was to stay away from roller coasters. I will be thinking of you. Kelly

Close Aneurysms
It started off with dizzy spells, then suddenly I collapsed! was told by the docs.. nothing to worry about just paralyzing migranes, symptons got worse, was then informed that I have chronic panic disorder huh???Collapsed a 2nd time around ..Founded with a annie greater than 8mm in size on the left side of the brain and 2 strokes to the right side of the brain.. Why could these docs..not see it?? This was a 2yr. run around at my expense.!!! Do i trust Doctors? hmmmm..NO WAY !!!
Treatments
- Surgery, Brain Working / Worked
- Surgery, was scary I had the aneurysm clipped.. Fear still haunts me! The what if's??? kill! Still get strange feelings especially close to that time of month. SCARY!! Since the surgery, I have been so scared afraid to live worRIED!!!
- Verapamil Working / Worked
- It's working guess?? The Dr. gave me this med so that my vessels in the brain do not go into spasms and contrict blood flow !!!! At this point I just took the meds. and said whatever!!!
