started drinking after a bicycle accident,not responding to prescription painkillers, I started using it for all sorts of pains. then my father-suicide. Now, I have lost control.
Treatments
- AA Meetings Not Working
- don't like being in large groups of people, makes anxiety worse
- Sleep Working / Worked
- fine, but I need a life
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- it helps me sleep, daytime is another story
- Willpower Working / Worked
- don't have any, plus pain gets overwhelming at times
Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
had mononucleosis as a teenager, cfs and mono are linked
Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
have had IBS since a child

- worked for a while, am eating yogurt again tiny amounts
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Stay away from dairy, bread,coffee, nuts,cooked tomatoes, artificial stuff, is working good..
- Buscopan Working / Worked
- am taking it now. works great on IBS,
- Imodium Working / Worked
- it works , but not good idea as permanent solution

- it helps, but does not decrease the frequency of bowel movements

had bicycle accident in '88. numerous injuries. now have arthritis in knees, hips, toes
