Taking the Stairs Mood
Friday, May 23, 2008

Took the stairs at work today for the first time in awhile.  Was using the elevator when on tx just because I needed to conserve energy.  Huffed and puffed my way the last half, made it and felt good to just Do It!!

Working my way back to good health, all my recent blood test were normal except Netrophils still abit low 1.29 Normal is about 1.6ish.

This means, Thank you God, I got through it without Thyroid or Kidney damage, which was a real concern for me.  I feel blessed.  I attribute this good news to all the good advice from Ds, God's will and grace, the iodine to support my thyroid, lots of water and basically good choices for managing tx.

Have a deep rumbly cough still, but hoping that will go soon.  Blessings to all, good thoughts for each and every person on tx right now, stay strong, feel loved, hugged and supported and just know I am here for you.
