I was so caught up with the MP3 yesterday that I forgot to tell you about the bracelet. Since I was going to California in September, I thought it would be wise to get a medical I.D. bracelet in case something happens. The local grocery store chain that also has a pharmacy is selling a new type. It uses the USB port on computers to store your information. That way the emergency rooms doesn't have to go to a website to get your information. It's easy to use and there's space for all your doctors, medical information, meds, over the counter meds, and contact information, and is revisable. And, it's waterproof so you don't have to take it off if you don't want to. It's called C.A.R.E. memory band and comes in several colors and there's also, a keychain version. It costs $20+tax. You can also get it on the internet. Thought you might like to hear about it.
THANKS, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE. I WILL LOOK IT UP ON ASK.COM. BY THE WAY, READ MY JOURNAL WHEN I AM DONE, LOL, IT WILL SLAY YOU. I DONT KNOW IF YOU ARE STAYING WITH FRIENDS IN CA. BUT THE COMFORT INNS HAVE WONDERFUL HANDICAPPED BATHROOMS. I HAVE A PIC OF ONE ON THE SITE HERE. THATS WITH THE SEAT CLOSED. I SHOULD HAVE OPENED IT. IT ALSO HOLDS UP TO 450 POUNDS, AND THE SHOWER IS THE LENGTH OF A TUB, AND THE WITH TOO. HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT VACATION. I AM GOING TO WRITE ABOUT MINE IN A FEW MINUTES........

Mike that bracelet sounds interesting. How big is it and what kind of material is it made of. My wrists are small.
I would suggest to you not to focus on anything going wrong on your trip. Look forward to it and think of embracing the new experience.

I have a charm bracelet with diabetic on it. I also have an angel, a In Memory of my Parents, a March birthday butterfly (for me), an October birthday butterfly (for my brother Ed) and an I Love my Brother charm. I've been thinking about getting something nicer when I can.
