long story short--fell in love, bought a house, he cheated 3 mths later, he left me, i cant afford house, house in forclosure....im a single mother (hes not the father!) now i need to find apt quickly........was wondering if anyone knew how long until i absolutley have to leave that prop? moral of story-do not sign a mortgage with anyone else! unless married :)
