Hi Bon. I make diet Shepherd's pie (Bob was diabetic) so I use heart smart minced veal and mashed cauliflower instead of potato for the topping. Yummy! Hope all is well with you .. much love and prayers Mary

Sending you a little prayer and a little hug. To let you know that God is with you when you are feeling down. As I reflected last night on all the sad and grieving moments I have had God reminded, me has never left me. Nor has he walked away he was there to hold my hand and help me,. He is there for you too.
