I am a waitress and a massage therapist. Married with two beautiful kids and 3 great stepkids. I love to garden, read, spend time with my family. Close Fibromyalgia
I was diagnoised in 1997 with FMS, I went into a "quiet time" only for it to raise its ugly head in the last year. I have recently been also diagnoised with severe arthitis in my spine and hips.

- I just recenly started this and I truly love it! When the heater goes out on the pool however I have to wait for the next session, by that time I hurt so bad I can't stand it!! Wish I had a hot tub at home!!

- I don't dare have a day without this, my co pays are awful but I thank God for this pill

- just started this, the first night it didn't go so well, i still sat there hour upon freakin hour crying inside because i was so tired so then doc added tramadol with it and hello Jesus!!!! I finally slept

- So far so good!!! altho seems that i need to take them (zanaflex)at least 45 minutes BEFORE i think i want to go to bed, takes a while to kick in. the only down fall so far is that its even more tough to get going in the morning, but I don't care at least I am sleeping!!!

- didn't want to go here, but i am up to 4-5 a day at times, i try only to take when i absolutely can't do it
Close Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)
my 4 year old granddaughter to be, has some real behavioral problems, i used to teach preschoolers for 18 plus years and have exhausted my resources. she still isn't sleeping through the night, she is fine medically, altho i think we may have some adhd problems, need some other grandmotherly advice
