Christian. have had alot of health problems since moving to Florida. Red Tide has affected my lungs, gallbladder out nearling killed me, and sinus problems and vertigo always in the background .
biking, walking, piano, any music, watercolors, writing books, laughing, enjoying my children. i love most giving to others. our purpose here on earth.

My sinuses have been damaged by using Flonase nasal spray for three months, twice a day. I now cannot sleep for more than 4 hours a night due to the damamge of the turbonates in my forehead. The air I breathe in is no longer being humidified. I also suffer from effects from Red Tide algae in the gulf of Mexico. It has affected my lungs and probably my sinuses also. I live near the coast so I am exposed alot to it.
i am married to a recovering alcoholic. just back from rehab. married 16 years. I am at a loss of how to feel. how to back off and still have a relationship.
