Cleansing Routine

I went to a yoga retreat sometime agoo and while we were there they taught us a cleansing routine. Only problem is now I can't remember exactly how it went.

We had to drink a glass of warm water and then do a series of 5 exercises, each excersise repeated 10 times fast. Before each round of exercise we drank a glass of warm water. One exercise was twisting, one reaching up, one stretching your arms over your head leaning to one side and vice versa, one was sitting and bringing your knees up to your chest. I can't remember the fifth and I can't remember the order. Can anybody help. I'd like to do it again. I do the neti pot in the morning and have just enough time to put that in a few times a week - if I can remember how it goes....
I also do stomach churning occassionally before breakfast also.

    You're talking about the Five Tibetans and they can be found on a disc Ana Brett and Ravi Singh called Kundalini Yoga for Beginners and Beyond. They include the 5 Tibetans after the warm up kriyas. I hope this helps. If you have access to an ayurvedic practitioner they can give you the appropriate cleanse for your dosha. Namaste!
