Vulnerable

Yes, I'm feeling a bit vulnerable. Can someone please tell me everything is going to work out for me and the kids. I'm in a real bad situation financially and I'm still hurt from the issues I had in my marriage. I know yall been there and done that. I know I'm not going through anything new. Can someone just tell me something that will help me make it until tomorrow?

Sorry this sounds so pitiful.

    Oh sweets! I have been there. Yes you will make it. Here is a big love for you.

    Ask your Angels or guides to help you FEEL like you are ok. Ask to feel that you already have what it is you need. Then say thank you and feel greatful. Keep doing it for as long as you have to. I know this may sound weird but I am very spiritual and It ALWAYS works for me. Try it.

    I can tell you it is darkest before the dawn and the clouds do have silver linings. The rainbow has a treasure at the end and the abundance is really real. I have known in my life the deeper the problems the higher the spring of the solution take me. Like a diving off a spring board, you need to jump and go way down to fly really high to do the best dive! I like all the crap to come on at once to get it all past to enjoy the next day.     I have to say.... inner strength and balance will help to guide you in your life. the real yoga was something I needed in my worst days...
    I needed to learn to know myself
    and balance my mind and body
    and to control the mind modifications of the outside world
    and listen to my inner voice
    and know how to be the best me
    and know I deserve to be the best me
    and know how to place stress in my head so that it doesnt dive deep and hide... and to get it to go away instead of waiting until later

    breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation and the physical sequences were such a changing time in my life....
    it changed everything in the rest of my day
    it changed my sleep
    my self-control my will power
    the way I looked at my life and those around me

    Life is not easy- but we have so many tools to help us make it better
