what does it do?
where does it come from?
are you in tune with yours?
is it spiritual or physical?
is it complex or simple?
can you see it?

  WE'RE ALL MADE OF ENERGY. IF WE PUT OUT POSITIVE ENERGY, POSITIVE THINGS WILL HAPPEN TO US. I AM USING POSITIVE ENERGY TO HEAL MYSELF FROM MS.

  that is a good question. prana life force..precious life force. exists in all edges of all universes and is the oneness in all. Through knowing your Self and your Lifeforce, you know all and have the ability to be one witht he universe.

  Interesting question...for me, I think it is "life force," I think it comes from within, from God, from others, from plants, sky, animals... all things, even buildings and rooms in buildings have an energy to them. Thus I believe it is simple, but when you look at the picture it appears complex but is our interconnected to all things, giving and receiving. In tuned??? I have been at times... but it is so easy for me to get disconnected. I am especially pron to "staying in my head" and being disconnected from the moment, others, and even other parts of myself. I wish I stayed more connected to my HP, in all things praying and praising...but too egocentric... all things I need to work on. Have a lovely day! Opps can you see it... I think some people can (auras), I think you see it in actions (how we carry ourselves, respond to others and our enviornment), but for me, it is more of a feel. Great day!

  It IS life force energy.. "ki" our connection to God and the Universe. We use that energy with every breath we take and it can be manipulated if you learn how :) I feel it is BOTH spiritual and physical and can be used in which ever way we choose. Unfortunately, most of us dont use that energy for our highest good. I have been able to see the energy onmany clients and can always feel it. I know when I am out of balance and give re-tune myself. Always start and end my day with meditation and reiki. And yes,the energy CAN heal the physical body..that is why I choose to work with cancer patients~

  well, I'd write a book here if I had the energy hehee
  but, I just wanted to coomment and say that some people I am around
  GIVE me energy
  but most people SUCK IT RIGHT OUT OF ME.
  
  sadly, one of the people I am responsible for (dependent sil) is a huge vacuum. this is her aura or whatever you might call it. it is in her dna. she is a big hoover. needless to say, I don't have much contact with her if I can help it. I just don't have any energy to give away with this stupid lupus.
  But I am working on trying to change that.
