new challenge

Posted on 07/12/08, 12:07 pm
okay ,heres the scoop on the next weeks challenge.
i am thinking of trying to increase my activity level at least one day a week for the next two weeks .along with logging what i am doing for the next two weeks. like if i am walking,i need to log that i am walking for 30 minutes.if i run i will log in that i ran 20 minutes and walked 10 more.and on one day a week i will increase this by doing something new.like washing the cars(we have 4) or washing the dog(s) just an example.lets see what we can do with this one. lets see how many people actually log their exercise.no cheatting.this one starts monday the 14th and will end on the 28th.how does that sound to all of you?

Sounds great - I will have to put my final result in on the 27th, as we leave that day for a week. This could be good for me right now.

How would you like us post our activitiy...just once a week or daily? I'm also heading out of town on the 21st for 2 weeks, so I'll particiapte and post my result the best I can. I'd like to try another weight loss challenge in August after I'm back too. I have to redeem myself the last one. I go back to work in 4.5 months and need to lose this weight, none on my work clothes fit me yet. :(
