A Berry Purple Smoothie

WW Points: 4

Ingredients

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 can (16 1/2 ounces) blueberries or blackberries in lite syrup, drained
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 carton (6 ounces) lemon or other fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt

Procedure

In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.



Nutritional Information Per Serving (1/4 of recipe): 218 calories; 1 g
fat; 3 mg cholesterol; 35 mg sodium; 52 g carbohydrate; 3 g fiber; 3 g
protein.
