I may try it, not as a meal replacement, but as extra nourishment for busy days when I feel hungry between meals.
It sounds interesting. I wonder how that would work with other greens... like spinach or kale?

Hi everybody. I'm new and just this morning decided that the time is now to start really focusing on feeling better in my own skin instead of just fooling around. I have a tip.
A green drink is any green leafy veggy blended with water. How easy is that? The blender "chews" the salad several thousand times, liberating about 80% of the chlorophyll in the leaf, as opposed to the 2% we are able to get with our teeth.
The ONLY difference between chlorophyll and hemoglobin is that plant "blood" has magnesium and human blood has iron. The green drink nourishes our blood stream and is the next best thing to having a transfusion. It oxygenates, nourishes, cleanses and has all kinds of nutritional benefits. And for those of us interested in losing weight - it's FILLING! Imagine eating 40 green salads at one sitting. I use it as a meal replacement with great success. There's no recipe. I have a one serving blender that I used to use for protein drinks. Probably 24 ozs. I fill it with water, take two or so handfuls of romaine and blend. Start to finish, 60 seconds.
Hope a couple of you try it. It couldn't be easier or better for you and a great diet aid.

Any greens you like. I just like romaine. Heck, throw some parsley in there for extra cleansing. Spinach would be super (assuming you like the taste of fresh spinach). I'd like to know how you find it. -

WOW! At first I thought you were speaking of Green Tea, but this sounds great "Green Drink", and something I might try out. When I do I'll let ya know what I think. I personally live on salads. Thanks for sharing this with us. What other protein drinks do you make that would be beneficial for Diabetics ?????
