The Natural Way

I am eating more natural and organic and I ahve noticed that it has regulated my system with waste removal and I have lost weight without even trying it. I think we need too change our eating habit and see what junk is in our foods. Some food are fillers meaning they have additives in them like MSG and other fillers. Some iof these fillers casue you to hold water and store fat. Plus drinking pureafied water helps rid of waste and cleanses you like you are bathing inside. Just my two bits on what is working for me. PLus I have limited my caffine intake, I know there was as tory in the pass with a actor{s} drinking coffee to lost weight. Only weakness I have is chocolate. Which is good in mods but not as a meal replacement,lol. Plus I found out that if you eat before bed time you store fat more since your body is less active and in a rest mode. My sujesstiion is if you get the munchies before bed time a friut helps.

I can't think about it too much,my cravin is for savoury anyway,but I could eat salt till it came out of my ears!Am goin to explore the diet thing,am going out with a health freak,he said he'll dump me if I keep abusin myself lol!!Consider me dumped.I'll let you know if I ever sort it xxx -

I started eating healthy shortly after Christmas. I found that a combination of healthy eating and exercise has worked wonders. So far since Christmas I have lost 84 pounds. My total weight loss however is 129 pounds and counting. -

Watch the starches in your diet, Now this is and example; if you are having and bake potato do not eat macaroni and cheese along with it. Starches turns to sugar, make wise decisions on your meal planing. I've chosen not to eat bread for I much rather have and bake potato, or mash potatoes, or another starchy food in place of any type of breads with my meals. Plus, give up on soda's will help a lot too...
