does anyone receive no menstral cycles

Does anyone have no menstral cycles ever. Does metformin work they put me on this to try and receive a period and spironolactone they put me on this since my testosterone level is extemely high.Im trying to get pregnant.

  I haven't had a period in years on my own. I am willing to bet I would never have one if the Dr. didn't make me take Provera from time to time to actually have one.

  I dont have one unless I take Provera. Metformin did nothing for me but make me sick. Also be careful with Spironalactone. I read that it is not good to take when pg (since you are ttc).

  I do not have periods unless I'm on Birth Control pills. I went off bcp in September when my husband (well he will be tomorrow!) and I started ttc. My endocrinologist put me on metformin January and so far no menses... but i'm hoping that as i lose more weight something will start working and I will start to ovulate and eventually be able to get pregnant.

  I take Provera and Metformin. I have now had 3 periods on Metformin but I've been on it for 18 months and on 2000mg for 1 year.

  I have been on medformin for four months now.... I have finally ovulated on my own and no AF!!!! People can concieve with no AF.....Thats how these chicks are like six months pregg and didnt even know! But I am in my 2ww and no AF....We just have to do BBT charts and OPK's to check.

  I never have an AF. I'm on Metformin and I have to take Provera when it's time to have my AF. When I decided that I wanted to start TTC they took me off the spironolactone because you can not be on that when you conceive. So be sure to ask your Dr.

  I would never have a period unless i was taking Provera to jump start them. I love Metformin, I believ it was one of the major things that helped us to get pregnant. I never ovulated even with Clomid, until I started the Metformin.

  I have been on metformin since feb. and I have had 2 AF's on my own (finally!). We've only been ttc for one month so far, so I can't say how it works with getting pregnant, but I'm hoping that this is all that I will need! As far as your other meds, I would talk to your dr. about ttc while on them. Good Luck!

TTC is hard enough for some people but when you have PCOS it gets a whole lot harder. So I wanted a place where people TTC with PCOS can some and share storys, thoughts, and feeling on their TTC Journey.
