I want to know if anyone knows of the natural route to take on dealing with PCOS> I am fed up with medicine like Provera. None of it has done really any good for me.

I used to work with a lady who was an herbalist and pharmacist and recently met with her. Her biggest recommendations to me were to really try and eat 5 meals a day. breakfast lunch diner and two small snacks no skipping meals, matching one gram of carb per one gram of protein. Also avoiding things where the main ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. She recommended plant based vitamins with chromium, fish oil capsules, flax seed oil, sprinkling it on food.. I know there are a lot of "natural" things out there but they are very expensive and nobody really monitors what goes into them. I feel like they prey on our hopes and dreams of becoming mothers and rob us in the process. I am just starting the process of changing out all the foods i eat and taking the vitamins and supplements but i hope this helps good luck! -
