Do you have a particular time of year that is a time of transition for you?

In keeping with my pattern of finding a topic in my life, October is a true month of transition for me... From Summer to Fall, of course, but more importanly, the axis of my life completely changes... I was married in the beginning of October, my Daddio's birthday is in the beginning of October, my Brother's birthday is October 20th (he has left this plain of existence as many of you know...). Further, the garden finishes in October and the pumpkins sit on my deck waiting to be baked and processed.

As far as transitions go, from Summer to Autumn are the biggest for me. It was also the beginning of the Holiday Season at the gallery and the end of my life that was my own (we worked our butts off from Halloween through the End of the Year). Maybe I've never regained my own existence this time of year.

ITS LIKE SAYING GOODBYE TO AN OLD FRIEND, SUMMER, AND BRINGING ON A NEW ONE, FALL.
I LIKE IT, IT KEEP ME BUSY, BUT TRUE, FROM HERE TIL AFTER XMAS IS NON STOP WITH EVERYTHING...
    BUT I LOVE IT TOO!
