Hello, I want to thank Rabbit11 for the invitation to join. I have been through the OR fourteen times so far. For more than twenty years I have been an out-patient in the mental health system. As of yet I have not been hospitalized with my depression or anxiety.

I agree with Rabbit11. We are a lot stronger then we look and we have gone through hell to be onto the path of wellness!
