i feel so alone i dinnae wnna panci my family again but i fel so alone and wanna kill my self again or go home and cut pleas help

  I know how you are feeling,i sometimes feel alone even with my husband beside me,right now am going through a big change in my life and i get overcome with emotion,anger and frustration and i just want to cut it is what i feel i have to do.My husband is so worried i will harm myslef when he's not around i dont want to upset him but the feelings are so high at moment i feel i may let him down.

  I feel the same way at times and then I think about the ones that would hurt if I did . Hon talk to someone if you have no one other then the ones of us here, then contact anyone, contact me if you want to talk.
