feeling very scared

i am so scared i lost my mum,nephew,family pets and home all at once and i don't know how to deal with the pain apart from cutting my wrists in secret i need help i cant cope i feel like im burdening my partner and freinds im scared

thank you ever so much i have been feeling so down latley i went to the doctor and they are saying i have depression and i feel like they are trying to say that i have to act and talk a certain way thanks for your support big hugs ** -

It'll be okay in the end....You gotta be strong sometimes cuz life does get really hard but just know it'll get better.....
