muscle twitches/tingles?

hey. i was just wondering if other people have muscle twitches or temporary tightening like i do. a couple months ago the area behind my knee tingled a couple times a day for a week or so and then it stopped. i have muscle spasms in my inner elbow from time to time. the other day my face muscle tightened and drew the corner of my mouth down for a second. it happened again yesterday but hasn't happened since. do you have these types of symptoms? if not, what are the strangest symptoms you have?

Yes I have had those symptoms before I hate when my face is tingling mostly it will be on one side or above my mouth it drives me crazy, but I know it's the anxiety I can go along time without having them or have it happen to me almost all day off and on for few days.My muscle also tighten up and that seems to happen almost any were the worst is when my chest feels tight that can send me in to panic mode. When are bodies are filled with all this anxiety it has to affect us somehow whether it be twitching feeling , tingling sensations, sweaty hands, rapid heart beat or whatever else weird that it can do .Thats my take on it any way hope I helped a little and your not alone on it!SHAWNA

I feel that way too when i get really tense about something or I have just been really tense about something.. totally natural.. and normal.. its your muscle releasing the tightness I get it in my eyes (only one at a time) my eye will twitch when im really nervous... I remember last year in college I did a presentation and my eye was twitching.. my palms were sweating and shaking... and I felt like I was choking... (it did not help that the presentation before me was about how nervous the girl felt about doing presentations.. lol) but anways your not alone :)
