social anxiey

this is the first time i am writing on this. thought maybe someone can help me with this. i have had anxiety and depression many many years and have been on meds now for around 10 years and do feel better. i still have it but much better. my son is who i am worried about. he is 26 and has had so many problems since the age of 14. he has been on so many meds and doctors and still the same problems. so hard to deal with this. just wondering if anyone else deals with this. thank u irishe

    Well I dont have any children that are dealing with this.. but I myself have dealt with depression and anxiety. Its a hard thing finding a med that works for you... and its hard to switch meds I know.. .I am taking effexor and it works for depression and anxiety... has he tried a drug that works for both instead of taking alot of meds?
