Symptoms

Although never being diagnosed with it I believ I suffer from SAD. I have been diagnosed and treated for anxiety and depression in the past. I feel as if I'm trapped in my own body (if that makes sense?). Below are some of the symptoms I'm experiencing that bother me the most. Are these common symptoms associated with this disorder or could they be something else?
- Trouble articulating, I know what I want to say but can't express it, get my words muddled up, mind goes blank.
- Have a song constantly going around in my head.
- Trouble concentrating, the harder I try the more my mind goes blank.
- Not finishing sentances.
- Not listening when people are talking to me, I'm looking at them and hear them talking but can't take it in.
- Poor memory.
- Foggy head.
- Racing thoughts.
- Constant fatigue.

As I'm typing them some of them they seem like symptoms of depression but I have nothing to be depressed about right now, other than the social anxiety. Do any of these sound familiar?

Depression does not only happen when you have something to be depressed about.. its a chemical imbalance in the brain.. just like SAD.

YES! Trouble articulating is a big problem of mine. Exactley how you word it too. And I have a problem with listening to people too. Actually hearing their words and putting them together for a natural reply.

Same syptoms here too and I hate it cause it makes me feel like people think im stupid but I know I'm not and I dont want to come across that way when I meet new people I'm just to focused on what everyone will think of me and if i'll say the wrong thing that I usually just stay quite unless I'm comfortable around the person.
