Remove chicken. Stir sour cream,, mushrooms, and almonds into sauce. Return chicken to dish. Spoon sauce over pieces. Bake uncovered until browned

    This is always a favorite:
BAke a white cake according to directions. When done and while it is still hot, poke holes all in the top and pour a can of eagle brand milk over the top. Let cool. Then spread cool whip all over top and then coconut.

Makes a very rich coconut cake that gets raves every time. Enjoy!

One favourite we had was chicken strips with a cucumber dip.
The chicken strips can be bought frozen, or you could make them from chicken meat cut into strips then crumbed and then cooked (you can use nuggets) and chilled.
The cucumber dip - 1 tub of cream cheese broken up and at room temp
    1 large continental cucumber diced
    some cream or 50/50
    salt and pepper
mustard or curry if more flavour desired

Place the cream cheese and cucumber with a small amount of the cream in a food processor and blend, add more cream or 50/50 if too thick and when desired texture has been obtained add salt and pepper to taste and the mustard or curry if using. Chill over night and serve as a dip for the chicken strips.

That's why I save that cake for potlucks only! With the sweetened condensed milk all in it the calories have got to be out rageous! So If I take it to a potluck I can only get one peice. LOL
I can't wait to try several of these recipes, they all sound good!

We had another pot luck at church yesterday and a friend brought a taco salad. It was sooooo good and the only thing she did different was she used the hot dorito chips. Yum!

Another dilicious way to have tacos is in a ring. Lay out crecent rolls in a moon shape on a pizza pan. I have a pizza stone (doesn't stick) .
Cook hamburger and onion together then add seasoning and spread evenly in center around crescent rolls. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Fold over tips of crescent rolls over the meat and tuck under. Bake at 350 till done. Serve with refried beans and salso and sour cream.

OK, Where are some recipies? I know you guys have to cook!;)
