this is goals for june. small little thing to accomplish. we can just write them out below....
we can make small but yet good progress...

    and for me, its getting my food down.. food, food, food.. this can b the root to alot of my problems, so it has to b tackled first in my life. what it comes down to, is to eat for my metabolism. like subway, etc. increased energy whole foods..

    June... my goal is to complete a blanket for my sister's birthday on June 18. Honestly... it's not looking to great! I've been slacking off! I need to have it in the mail by Monday at the latest. I might have to change that goal to just finishing it. Okay, how about a June 30th deadline?

    thats cool, what ever works for you. my fitness goal is slowly goin by for june, but my key is to stay happy know matter what i do. and im gonna start to try to increase my cardio. hopefully i can keep up on my eating, cause the more i do cardio, the more i can eat. lol
    i guess thats what happens when ur metabolism gets rocken.
