This is very interesting, I hadn't seen this before, thanks for sharing.
It's interesting because the jinn are so similar to us, good and bad..they have to eat..so they really are close.
Another layer is that CJ Jung talks alot about the shadow, it's a big topic and I'm no Jungian scholar but I feel there is a parallel here. The shadow is unknown and generally dangerous. But you can't be human without a shadow. It may be that Jung looked at this, he did generally study other religions to find the common truth.

Hi! I am new here - but in the bipolar group they were talking about "shadow people" that people see in regards to hallucinations and all I could think about were jinns. Here is some info on it - please keep an open mind and I know many are not Muslim - (BTW Allah means simply God in Arabic, Arab Christians and Jews call God, Allah)
