work Place Giving Campaign

Hi Everyone - Do you know of an employer, either one you are presently working for, someone who owns a business, or a friend or relative who is employed, who has an interest in helping people with MS?
The largest and most active organization who assists people with MS is actually the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. They provide free wheel chairs, cooling items, and many other items to assist us. But all of this costs money. One campaign they have begunb is "workplace giving."

I have appended information on this new campaign for you to read. It would be terrific if you know of an employer where you could suggest them to become involved in this campaign.

Workplace giving is a great American tradition.

By volunteering as a workplace advocate, you can help to enrich the quality of life for all people affected by multiple sclerosis.

Not sure where to start?

First, check with your supervisor or Human Resources department to find out if your employer conducts a workplace campaign. This is a charitable drive that involves small payroll deductions that go to a designated charity or cause.

Next, find out if MSAA is included in that campaign. Note that MSAA is part of America's Charities. If your employer does not include America's Charities in your workplace campaign, please request that this distinguished group of charities be added. Only then will MSAA be offered as a giving option.

It's your choice who you help.

When your employer offers more choices, it gives its employees the opportunity to select the charity they prefer.

Of course, if MSAA is included on your list of options, please contribute, and advocate that your fellow employees give, too.

You can help right now!

Please let us know if you and your employer would like to help.

Thank you for your support!
