Maybe I shouldn't be doing this! But the memories...

I don't know if I should be doing this or not, I have lived this long without saying anything and maybe I should just stay quiet! The abuse suffered at the hands of my mother as a child has left me with many feelings now as an adult and many nightmares and I was just wondering if anyone else felt that way.

  oh yes i know exactly how you feel. No dont stay quiet get out how you feel and share your feelings with people who understand and can support you xx

  yes i still have trouble talking about it and my mom's been dead nearly 20 yrs. I feel disloyal.

This is a group for people to come and talk vent express their feelings and share their stories about what they have experienced at the hands of women.Also this group is here to offer inspiration and encouragement to those who are still walking through this or struggling with the aftermath of this type of abuse.Please use this area to share with others how you got out of that abusive relationship and what you did to deal with it.Above all I set this group up so people knew they were NOT alone
