Metal/Hard Rock

Posted on 03/27/08, 08:43 am
Anybody besides me like hard rock? My favorites are Metallica, Tool, Alice in Chains and oldies like Rush. There are many more artists I hear on my Sirius Satellite Radio on Octane Channel 20, but I haven't memorized their names yet.

I empathise with the change, Banffgirl. There's talk here of music's 'good' affect for us Eppies, But i was triggered once!

You probably just got a bad batch - you should always check the "use by" date

How's about Deep Purple - especially "Child in Time"
    or Jimi Hendrix

"Whole lotta love" Led Zep, Great! - It's very commercialised now,
and i'd get very lost finding my niche within this huge sphere!
While some are great, there are many i so hate; 'Nazareth' Bon-jovi
or Meatloaf "barf" - Hope not to offend. Love Jimi Hendrix!
Ok, i'll explain; There are too many 'wanna be's in this field. Sorry!

I like metal. I was in a band that played nothing but heavy metal music. My God.....I used to break so many keys on my keyboards from pounding on them. (I get a little carried away when I play) A $1.00 plastic key on a Korg Triton used to cost me about $100.00 bucks to get fixed!

Sounds like you are the Pete Townsend of the keyboard!! Though I guess $100 is cheaper than a Strat! LOL
